What would constitute spitting the verse with conviction ?
Given the mood he's trying to convey I don't think there would be any
other way to spit the verse.
Laid back, smooth delivery, sounds no different than some underground
hopeful wishing he was on Rhymesayers or Q5.
He's not offbeat, he's not hard to understand, he's not
spitting a nonsensical string of punchlines to sound "Dope".
I mean what is he supposed to do to "Spit with conviction" ?
Is he supposed to spit it double time ?
Is he supposed to be yelling ?
WTF does he have to do OUTSIDE of what he did already ?
Not a damn thing, because the delivery and what I'm guessing he was going for with that verse was HIT.
I'm assuming you've never listened to his projects before by the way
because this is how the dude typically raps.
With that said we'll probably disagree and if you do disagree you already know how I feel about it.

Domo has been stepping up his game lyrically. He needs to work on actually spitting though. This is just okay though. I tried to watch it last night but I was buzzing and the vid was killing my buzz. I'll give it another try though
