How does the WWE get away with this?He made the right decision. It's a shame that they are considered independent contractors but the company wants to attach their name to someone else projects and try to take some of the profit when they did it without them. Not to mention his earning potential would have been limited and there's a glass ceiling for black wrestlers in that company.
They are considered independent contractors, but they can't go out and work for other promotions because they are signed to WWE. They can't have their own independent merch or media content without WWE taking a piece. How is this legal? and why do these guys signed to the wwe stand for this "independent contractor" bullshyt?
