Some dude with North Carolina roots I met in bed stuy when I was counselor. He legally carry’s because he is a guard for the federal reserve bank (one of the most secure places on earth) homie was giving me the run around on how to get a legal gun and also mentioned a reference or something of that nature. Wish I took his number or something
He has special patrolmen status in NYC being that he works for the federal reserve which is a private institution.. He gotta leave his gun at work and only allowed to carry it during work hours
