While presumably on the clock on the public payroll. In uniform. Sitting in government property. That dummy admitted that she and her fellow officers stop whomever they want whenever they want. So they don't care about reasonable suspicion in making a stop. They probably don't care about probable cause to search a vehicle and no doubt if that stop escalates and a motorist gets hurt she will then come up with a convenient reason for the stop even though she just admitted that her and her ilk stop whomever they want whenever they want for no reason.
