The U.S. House is also out again next week.
The Continuing Resolution (CR) that the U.S. Senate keeps voting on only goes to November 21.
We are almost to November.
Sen. John Cornyn is floating a 1-year CR that goes through the 2026 Midterm Elections.

If the American population was really bout it. They'll surround the capital and KEEP them muthafukkas in there until a deal is reached. They grand standing, still taking salaries and going on vacations. What is it gonna take for Americans to get fed up ?

Congress will vote on releasing Epstein files when the shutdown end. So ther is no way the shutdown is ending anytime soon.

Yes it can. I wrote in this thread a couple of times that this shutdown will not end anytime soon. People don't seem to understand that Trump can not let the government reopen. There is zero benefit for him to have it reopened and nothing but danger for him when it does reopen. There is so much danger for him that MAGA still refuses to swear in the new Democratic congresswoman from Arizona. So now the State of Arizona is suing MAGA Mike to make him swear in their congresswoman.
Probably not reopening until Spring next year. shyt’s about to get real for a lotta people real soon…
I understand.
I should’ve said: this can’t go on much longer because the employees can’t live with this much longer.
