When you look at a organization like the panthers, you get three things-a smart yet naive owner who lets dead weight hang around for too long, a new good gm who is drafting well, and a pretty questionable coaching staff. Then you look at the actual players, and what do you get? Potentially one of the best collections of young talent in the league. Cam newton, luke kueckly, armanti/lafell/gettis/hixon, beason, star lotueliti or whatever, ted ginn, jonathan stewart, kenjon barner he looks good, greg hardy,godfrey, thats it but 
Now, i have faith with some good drafting and smart decisions in FA/trading, with gettleman as GM we can put together a all around great squad in the next 2-3 years. Right now we have the potential to make waves, but as time progresses we only will get more fearsome. Only bad things are steve smith and jordan gross are gettin old, but when you have a team with this much young talent old players leaving isnt too big of a deal. We see from preseason the potential this team has right now if the offense can get running, the defense is clearly dominant.
IMO if the coaching staff gets figured out, rivera gets some experience and maybe becomes a good coach, mike shula gets his head out of his ass/we get a new coordinator, i think we could really become a fukkin dynasty.
