West and Crowell are essentially the same back. Draft Gordon, pick one between West and Crowell, and move on with a real and dynamic backfield for years to come.
We go through this every year. Passing on stars to draft OL and second tier DL.
Thats dumb. If our OLine is incompetent so is our run game. He cant be a star without a good O line. Crowell and West are already a dynamic backfiel.They arent at all the same back
Crowell proved last year that he is a smart back capable of finding the gaps in the D and punishing them for it with his extra burst of speed. West is great at getting the extra 2-3 yards out of a short yardage play. West is a dumbass at times but nothing that needs to be immediately replaced. There are more important positions to fill with that pick.
