Legendary engrams don't mean shyt. I've gotten two so far and both turned out to be a Rare, not legendary.

before I started farming for engrams I prolly had 5 or 6 that amounted to strange coins, motes of light, or rare items + glimmer. I've got prolly 3 since then and have a legendary weapon in each slot now. just be patient

Its not the quantity though...if you get a legendary or rare or exotic weapon/armor it should be just that.

This shyt is troll status wit getting purple legendary engrams and its not legendary at all.

The fake ones I got were thru PvP....I wouldn't bet on Strikes either. I did the lvl 18 strike twice and got rare bullshyt
