Crucible or vanguard vendors. Run the tiger strike playlist and you'll get them as drops

brehs I'm only level 18 but compared to other lvl 18-20 players my gear is flabby, how do i acquire better gear?

i don't want to do pvp or else id get raped by the higher levels

you're going to need those gauntlet if you want to get to level 30.

My current situation. I'm level 29 and in order to get to lvl 30 I need the raid helm except no one recruits lvl 29 for hard mode
