If you're hardcore, you can blow through all the new content in about 3 weeks, maybe less. Trials is fun and I like the new elimination game type.
But if you're skeptic, I'd probably wait until the taken king comes out before anything big changes.

Sooooooooo, my team get 5 wins straight, and my router goes out.
We had Mercy on but I got an L on my card with the disconnect... They ended up beating the other team 2v3 too. They went flawless and I had that L on some bullshyt. So they got to the Lighthouse and I'm over here salty AF watching Power with my wife right now.

@DonkeyPuncher718 forgot to mention, do a lot of patrol missions on Cosmodrome on Earth and just kill the vandals and dregs and you'll randomly get armor pieces. They'll be uncommon or rare armor pieces but it's better than nothing and a start in the right direction
