I think the writers dropped the ball on this one. They should have let the Night King kill everyone and make the point of the show that fighting for a throne means nothing when everyone should work together for the greater good.

This is rough to watch. Dude makes some good points. Specifically his stance on what he felt GOT was really about, abandoning politics to value life. Deeper message that I appreciate even and hope they can still manage to get a good message across with the episodes left.

Season 6 was a comeback, 5 wasn’t all shyt, but they FUGGGGED up dorne - the storyline and characters (poor casting for and interpretation of the sand snakes), that weighed it down terribly
