Whole lot of complaining in here lol. Like we don't know HBO been having trash last seasons. Wire sopronos. Just sit back n see how it plays out. Everyone cant be pleased.

Season 6 of Sopranos wasn't bad at all ..writing was still quality.

Showrunners told us the Dothraki were wiped out in the after the episode and then during the next episode we find out less than half were gone

Read a theory earlier and we had a crazy ass discussion at work. Stayed after my shift just based on how crazy it was. Had family trees drawn up and everything. Even got past the fantasy realm into the real realm. Not sure how valid this may be but it sounds even crazy than it seems. Got me even more excited for this coming episode. Crazy how the whole history of these books and show is so detailed and intrically woven. George RR Martin is what I would call a "crazy genius".

Theory was that Tyrion is a Targearyan. The mad king who was best friends with Tywin, raped Tyrion mom and he's half targ half lannister. Tywins wife was his sister. That explains him getting close to a dragon earlier in the show. Plus him, Jon, and Dany all killed their mothers during childbirth. My coworker was even researching the significance of that. So theory says he's Dany half brother and rightful heir to the throne. They say theres a fourth dragon and he's gonna bring him out this coming epsiode. Could explain the preview when euron looks up in the sky in shock.

Season 6 of Sopranos wasn't bad at all ..writing was still quality.

Season 6A got a bit slow to me with the Vito stuff, but was still great writing. 6B, "the final 9" was excellent.

Every show dips, Sopranos/The Wire/Seinfeld/Breaking Bad etc, but at worst those shows became a bit boring or repetitive. GoT has entered that Lost territory where it's just bad all around in certain parts.

Nonsensical plots, shyt choreography, phoned in acting etc. These last few episodes are a mixed bag,I made a post about the shyt I liked in episode 4 - but like that Bronn scene is just incredibly bad. And then literally seeing the creators say Dany forgot about Eurons fleet even though we HAVE A SCENE OF THEM DISCUSSING EURONS FLEET or Jon giving Ghost a headnod somehow being "powerful" is just proof they completely lost the thread of what they're doing.

not happening. What dont you all understand. The writers are just trying to wrap up the series as generically and by the numbers as possible. There will be no more twists or revelations.

Succession coming back, season 2 of big little lies, outgoing veep, and Barry in the cut..,hbo ain’t getting turned off no time soon

Is Succession good? I watched like 20 mins of the first episode, saw the pops keep sonning his son horribly, got flashbacks of my own pops and turnt it off.

This whole complaining about Arya coming out of nowhere is grade a bullshyt - she was learning that "men are made of water and when you pierce them, it leaks out" in the first fukking season, she was catching cats to learn how to move in silence in the first fukking season. What, so she could kill Walker Frey and Cersei? Her whole arc has been her becoming a killer who comes out of nowhere. The dagger she used was the same one used to try and kill Bran that the 3ER gave back to her FFS.

I was hooping all through my childhood but I didn't but because of that I didn't go NBA. Her chasing cats and failing at it means absolutely nothing.

She got her ass kicked the whole time she's was with the faceless man. Again absolutely nothing.

She didn't come out of nowhere to kill the Frey. It was actually shown that she disguise herself and infiltrate the Frey and got close to him while he was eating.

She's killed the queen's guard the same way. She didn't come out of no where. They actually showed how she did it. They didn't created a impossible scenario.

Now with the night King. They created an impossible scenario. Surrounded by 100s of wights and the white Walker. They zoom all the way in on the Night King and had Arya appear out of thin air. Why zoom all the way in? Because it's not possible, even with all the "skills" she had. Lazy writing.

If you can accept that, then good for you. But don't call it BS. It's a legitimate complaint. It's clear lazy shyt writing. And only a idiot or somewhere with really low standards would accept that.[/QUOTE]

These "Inside the episodes" have just affirmed that these dudes checked completely out. Seems like I'm in the minority, but I'm perfectly fine with the shortened seasons. I was pissed about the 2 year wait, but I just wanna know how it ends at this point. I'd much rather a rushed mess than a long drawn out mess where they pair incoherent/inconsistent writing with a ton of cliche tropes and executions.

How dope would it have been if cersei got bodied in like the first 30 min on episode 1 like thanos in endgame by arya or something? People would of been like and had the long night/big war to look forward to for the rest of the season

AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED
IN THOSE EPISODES.
PEOPLE WERE JUST CHILLING AT WINTERFELL...

THE THE NK WAR COMES WHICH WAS LONGER
THAN USUAL RUNTIME.

EPISODE 4 SPENT THE 1ST HOUR
DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN WINTERFELL.

THEN THEY DID A TIME JUMP TO WEEKS LATER
AND RUSHED A WHOLE LOT OF shyt
IN THE LAST 20 MINUTES.

MOST OF THIS SEASON HAS BEEN
DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN WINTEFELL
BUT DRINKING AND fukkING.

2 YEAR WAIT FOR TRASH.
