"Mercedes-AMG has revealed its wild Vision Gran Turismo concept that will be making its official debut at the 2013 L.A. Auto Show.

The especially wide supercar was designed specifically for the upcoming Gran Turismo 6 video game. Powered by an AMG biturbo V8, the Vision Gran Turismo has a whopping 577 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque and weighs in at only 3,053 lbs. It was unveiled to celebrate the opening of the new Mercedes-Benz Research & Development Center in Sunnyvale, Calif.

To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the popular Gran Turismo series this year, its producer Kazunori Yamauchi requested from various automakers futuristic concept cars to be used in the game. The entry from Mercedes-AMG not only sports an extremely aggressive exterior design, but the interior has been inspired by a Formula 1 race car’s cockpit with red integral sports seats blending into the black flooring of the footwell to form a protective shell."

I'm a benz kind of guy but their designs have been really shytty the last few years

they fukked up the sl series but they are growing on me

Ugly isn't even the right word for most of them. They look unfinished.

If I see an AMG cool. But for the most part it's :camby:

Even the SLS looks sloppy at certain angles. For 300k it shouldn't, there is no excuse for that. That's Ferrari, Bentley, Lambo money.

I saw a SL65 gunning it in midtown a few weeks ago, the only reason it looked good was because it was going 90 and there weren't any other cars on the street.

I probably sound like a hater but damn. The SL55 circa 03 looks better than what they have now. I saw an original Gullwing in Red a couple years ago blows the SLS out of the water in the looks department and it has chrome bumpers!

That's why Benz is

It's AMG or nothing if I'm going benz. The non amg styling is :scusthov: outside of the g class

the sls is ugly and mercedes fukked up with that one, sl 65 have to be specced out to look good IMO, the old school sl
is my favorite convertible. They age so well and thats what I hoped for the newer sl series. The previous generation model wasn't that bad

High end Bentley, Ferrari, Lambo in that order.

Mid market Audi, then BMW the 6er and 7 look good. Rest of their line up is snooze. Hopefully the M3/M4 look good or they're done to me till the next cycle.

You?

You can see the crease for the doors in the first picture. The hood looks like it's big as fuk!
Yes, I can see the door gaps. I'm talking specifically about the hood and trunk. How would anyone be able to acces the trunk and hood?
