The only (good) network drama that I plan on watching every week. It's Andre Braughter and Shawn Ryan (who created The Shield, The Chicago Code, and Terriers).

Pilot's on right now, but it'll be on ABC.com and Hulu tomorrow.

The show is about the renegade crew of a United States Navy Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine, the fictional USS Colorado (SSBN-753), that receives an order to launch nuclear missiles at Pakistan, through a backup communications channel. When Captain Marcus Chaplin (Andre Braugher) asks for confirmation via official channels, he is relieved of command. His second in command, Lt. Commander Sam Kendal (Scott Speedman), also questions the orders and the vessel is fired upon by the USS Illinois, killing crew members of the Colorado.

Realizing that they have been declared enemies of their own country, they set up camp on the fictional island of Sainte Marina, commandeer a NATO communications facility, and declare a 200 mile exclusion zone around the island. When B-1 Lancer bombers are sent to attack the submarine, Captain Chaplin launches a nuclear missile towards the US to impress upon them that he is serious.

At the same time, the crew must find a way to prove their innocence and find out who set them up so that they can return home.

Premiere did okay ratings-wise. Only a 2.2 in the 18-49 demo but had the same amount of total viewers as X-Factor.

Where are you hearing this from? The reception from critics has nothing but positive.

It's on ABC.com, Hulu.com, and they shoing the pilot again on ABC tonight at 9.

The show has a timeslot & night that doesn't fit the show. It should be in the 10/9c p.m. (or even the 9/8c p.m. timeslot) instead of 8/7c p.m. timeslot. It also SHOULD NOT be airing on a Thursday night (or Sunday & Monday nights) where it has to compete with BOTH the NFL & College Football, especially since ABC/ESPN have been promoting during football because it is male skewing show. So it doesn't surprise me the ratings were disappointing.
