I think if she's a good person, she's automatically more attractive. As I've said on the Coli a bunch of times, the girls I end up dating are never the dimes. I always end up with pretty girls, but never the absolute dimes. Mainly because I lust for the mind and sometimes the dimes don't have that. Every dime I've ever been with was a Friday Night girl, while my Sunday Morming women were always the "7s and 8s".
I think you should accept your girl for what she is. It doesn't automatically make her a 10, and it doesn't automatically mean she looks better than every girl you see. It means she's better FOR YOU. A beautiful chemistry > a beautiful face. Every time.
