Official Raw Ratings Thread [2.22 for the 7/18 episode]

To summarize the main problem: laziness. Too lazy to book multiple storylines and feuds effectively and simultaneously. Too lazy to book and create new stars and would rather just rely on over the hill part timers. Too lazy to do anything besides book pointless tag team matches for TV. Too lazy to come up with new matches and would rather do back to back rematches.

Yeah, I'm usually dissatisfied with Raw (only show I watch) but it's still not awful. I don't mind the rematches as long as the action is different. In any case, the best night of TV is on ... Modern family and Blackish (and those two shows are falling off too, characters are getting older ... kids aint funny/cute anymore) fukk an Empire!

Yeah, I do think they rely on old stars too much which I don't get, because how do the young kids know who these guys are? And if I was 5-9, I wouldn't be impressed by big men moving dumb slow or getting injured and can't finish a match. ..
They bringing out the big dogs soon.

According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live, Vince McMahon is apparently “freaking out” over the recent decline in WWE ratings, but that tends to happen with Vince around this time every year with football returning. When Vince is in this kind of mood about the ratings, WWE usually does something big to try and shake things up, so it will be interesting to see what lies ahead.

3 hours is too much.....I enjoy hulu's 1:30 condensed version

Only way I watch RAW, even then I skip most of it. Now that Hulu is commercial free it's even better

It's an extra couple dollars though for commercial free, but it's worth it

The two lowest rated shows december 23rd and december 30th HBK didn't wrestle on the show and wasnt champ. Bret was on both shows and was the main event. Ratings dropped after HBK lost to SID. Who you gonna blame for the lowest rated WM of all-time? Bret was main event against Austin and HBK wasn't on the card. Men lie women lie ratings don't

I don't ever remember them pimping out 70s stars when I started watching in the early 90s.

Wrestlemania has multiple main events bret vs austin was booked as strong as the world title match. The raw before mania closed with Bret Hart going nuts in the ring and it could've been the world title match.
