I say this every week but they were still number 2 on cable after football.

I think they just don't care about beating the past and are truly on focused when the Rumble, Mania, Summerslam is near.

Except USA cares, and since ad rates are lower for wrestling, Raw/WWE has to considerably out-perform the other shows on the network.

I was late for RAW.

Started up a stream, Big Show vs. Mark Henry, then turned it off and went to bed.

If not for NJPWWorld system maintenance, I would've finished Destruction In Kobe.

WWE Raw rating for the October 5 edition

Monday's WWE Raw scored a 2.35 rating, up from the 2.33 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 3.378 million viewers, up from the 3.3 million average from last week.

Powell's POV: Viewership took a huge hit in the third hour again. It didn't help matters that WWE brought Brock Lesnar back only to wrap up his night in the first segment. I'm also not convinced that fans view New Day as main eventers, but it's not like they were advertised for John Cena's open challenge. Monday Night Football produced 14.403 million viewers (and a ton of ridiculous post game controversy). The October 6, 2014 edition of Raw delivered a 2.63 rating with 3.797 million viewers.

According to ShowBuzzDaily.com, this week’s edition of WWE Raw took in an average audience of 3.285 million viewers. This is down from last week’s 3.378 million viewership average and is yet another new record low for Raw.

The hourly breakdown for this week’s show is as follows:

-The first hour averaged 3.518 million viewers
-The second hour averaged 3.254 million viewers
-The final hour averaged 3.082 million viewers

WWE Raw faced stiff competition last night from both Monday Night Football and playoff baseball, and ranked #4 for the night in viewership behind the NFL, MLB an ESPN’s SportsCenter, in that order.
