I'm not convinced still. This whole incident might end with Jimenez finding enough non-destroyed ballots, and Kendall just throws Tom and ATN totally under the bus in exchange for Jimenez' support. He gets rid of "toxic" ATN and the new administration owes him...and we end up with Tom disgraced and Greg at Kendall's side.

Yeah I said before that the show marginalizes just how big of a person Tom is because he’s around Logan and kids all the time. He won an award for how good he is at his job. People say he’s a suck up because he tucks for Logan but so does EVERYONE else. He’s the head of their News division and that’s their biggest thing. He isn’t just a small cog at Waystar. Logan wouldn’t have him in that position if he couldn’t do it.

There’s also the piece of paper that Logan had in the safe with Kendall’s name crossed out (underlined if you ask him)….and Greg’s name. All we know about the list Logan made was him writing names down on who he thinks should be CEO. There would be no reason to have Greg’s name on that paper for any other reason. Everyone dismissed it because it’s Greg but any merit Kendall has, Greg has as much as the other siblings. If Greg gets that paper and shows Ewan, I can see Ewan (who is the family patriarch) and the ONLY family voting member of the board now, giving Greg a push.
Logan respects someone who started from nothing and the only person on the show that has was the person the series OPENED up with, and that’s Greg, in a Waystar Mickey Mouse suit. Literally, the bottom. Greg and Tom were the only ones that were with him at his birthday party and he and Tom were the only ones he spoke to in a personal sense. Tom is head of ATN and the only way he keeps his job is if Greg becomes the man and saves Tom because those two are the only people who are loyal to each other.
