Audition:
A widower takes an offer to screen girls at a special audition, arranged for him by a friend to find him a new wife. The one he fancies is not who she appears to be after all.


Ichi the Killer:
As sadomasochistic yakuza enforcer Kakihara searches for his missing boss he comes across Ichi, a repressed and psychotic killer who may be able to inflict levels of pain that Kakihara has only dreamed of.


13 Assassins:
A group of assassins come together for a suicide mission to kill an evil lord.

I've been a fan since watching Ichi The Killer years ago.. his best flicks that I've seen IMO are..

Blues Harp is one of his lesser known flicks about a black japanese cat who's a drug dealer and a talented blues musician on the side.. ending is kinda fukked up but it works perfect.

The City of Lost Souls is basically a Japan version of True Romance. Theirs even a variation of the Moors/Sicilian speech in it where a Chinese gangster talks about how the Chinese taught the "monkeys to the East how to live". Good flick with some good action scenes in it.

Actually, I might watch this and the Masters of Horror episode he directed at some point today...
