Don't know for sure but it's by far the easiest to prove. All they have to show is he had a sex worker cross state lines, then paid that sex worker to have sex with Cassie or whoever. One sex worker has already taken the stand and I don't believe the defense challenged him on these facts. Good chance when this is all over the jury is gonna be disgusted with Puff. They are going to want to get him on SOMETHING and this is the most likely charge.

Once again they are not charging him with trafficking the sex workers and male escorts. They are charging him with sex trafficking Cassie (and 2 other yet to be named victims).
