The one big negative about puffy case

I think the jurors are allowed to go home at night but are told not to follow anything about the case

Yeah right

Puff is fried toast

I think that would help Puff. The general consensus I see online is that this should be a domestic violence case, not sex trafficking.

Yes, RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) charges generally require proving intent, although the specific level of intent can vary depending on the specific elements of the charge.

^^^This is what all these Diddy critics aren’t acknowledging and misinforming. All these things, the government has to prove are intentional as a criminal enterprise.

All I am seeing is Diddy doing wild, out of order ish while living his life high out of his freaking mind. Everything the government has presented is circumstantial.

No one should be in favor of the RICO charge. It's a judicial overreach and sets a terrible precedent.
I think the Lil Rod person is testimony to watch for. Too bad this isn't televised. The ratings on this would be insane.

exactly, they leave out the part that it has to affect interstate or foreign commerace. He was not doing this to make money. He was just wilding out. They proved that he beat her ass. But the statute of limitations was up on that, so they went with RICO. Honestly, when you look at the law, it was never intended to be applied in this manner.

That lawyer puff had up there cross examining today was a pit bull she made Richards look inconsistent.

A lot of Jurors are stupid ,don’t know how this trial will end but he’s probably beating that ‘kidnapping, drugging, and coercing women into sexual activities’ charge. The sex trafficking weak cuz everyone flies people out to smash. racketeering is the one that could get him f’d up :patrice:

So she fukked Diddy when she was with her husband? Is that truth?
Yup. And he ain't een know it

Lets be real, Diddy will go to prison for a long time and the main reason is because people don't like him. The public turned on him mainly the black community and wanted him to be punished. The feds listened to the public outcry and he will pay for it. It won't be for a real crime besides domestic violence. Look at this thread in itself, some nikkas and females HATE Diddy. Some because of Biggie, some because of the Lox situation, some because of Tupac conspiracies. But regardless, he became too polarizing of a figure and will pay.
This is the only hope the state's got at this point

But it's true.
Who is UNCLE PAULIE? He's referenced by A LOT OF PEOPLE regarding DIDDY and BAD BOY, but there's no pics of him on the internet and barely any info. Is he a shadowy figure like ZIPP was? He's been with Diddy FOREVER.

Lawyer: You sued for 💰 right?

Golddigger: For justice
Sue for justice instead of going to the police, brehettes :mjlol:
Dawn Richard heard the type of money Cassie got and filed a lawsuit......does she think she is slick :mjlol:

It’s exactly what happened.

As soon as Cassie got paid it opened the floodgates for people to start pretending they were victims. It happens almost like clock work

There will be new lawsuits against black male celebrities soon after this.. just watch. Same play too

Civil Suit only for abuse.. or extortion

It’s turning into a monthly thing..

Basically

People need to ask themselves this.. what money did Diddy make off of Cassie? What money was made from prostitutes/pornstars fukking Cassie?

I’ll wait
