Yep. Folks don't realize the prosecution goes first. Prosecution hasn't had a slam dunk witness yet. If all this he said she said is the best the prosecution got its gonna be interesting when Diddy's witnesses testify.

The real shyt starts when the defense is countering. These are their “witnesses”.. not the Defenses. They know what evidence the state is using.. people thought with the amount of money Puff has, he just picking anybody to represent him like Tory?


Nah.. from what I saw on SM reports, Defense got some dogs.

I honestly don’t know what the outcome will be. I don’t care for him to do time for THIS trial.

The DV and Abuse time is fine though. He earned that even though he paid her 20 Mil already. So its honestly, since she took the money should he do time at all?

Everything else has really been word of mouth and the motives and credibility of the witnesses are definitely in question. Only actual physical evidence I’ve seen were the videos and the texts. And the texts are now louder than the video

Simply doing isn’t enough. I havent heard the “intent” to further the criminal enterprise. It could have been embezzlement if anything like using a corporate to splurge on escorts. Not a RICO charge.

One problem where I think these prosecutors fukk up at with trying to indict these black rappers ((Thug, ASAP, Diddler, etc.) with the WORDS of gold diggers, sex workers, and scammers…

He breaks down all the charges, intent, furthering criminal enterprise etc and what the "crimes" actually are. Its a long watch but based on listening to this vid from an actual lawyer and reading other lawyers comment on the case....its a wrap
