Lawyers don't decide. The jurors do. And lawyers can try to make a case for anything.. even a bad case, which is what this one is. It comes down to whether the jurors will buy it. All it takes is 1 person to think the charges don't make any sense or believe they didn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

Bruh I followed several lawyers in cases and they turned out to be wrong in many of them. We have no idea what his defense is yet. I expect it to be damn good just from what I have seen so far from them with the prosecution witnesses.
