By the way I've noticed too many people as usual repeating incorrect info from people like Akademiks and black blogs. Like this talking point that Cudi said that Cassie gave up his address to Diddy which he never even said. That was most likely the former Diddy assistant Capricorn. Capricorn is supposed to testify tomorrow(Tuesday) that Diddy physically assaulted her also after the Cassie/Cudi incident and Interscope paid her off with a check to not go to the police to report Diddy.

He had her kidnapped at gunpoint to get Cudi's address out of her then when she was at Diddy's house she called Cudi to tell him that Diddy wanted to see him

His defense has not been as amazing as people keep claiming.

Gene Deal mentioned when he went to the court to listen when Kid Cudi gave his testimony, everyone was entertained by what Cudi was saying and when he was finished, Diddy's defense lawyer was about to cross examine Cudi then Diddy told him NAH before he started and the jurors saw that and it obviously made his testimony look even more believable

When Capricorn Clarke testifies tomorrow I'm telling you all he gonna be in even more trouble. We gonna hear about kidnapping and more bribery with paying her off to not go to police by having Interscope pay her off with a big check. Both fall under the RICO act and can be used as evidence as racketeering.

The testimony that Cassie's mother Regina gave was probably the most beneficial to the prosecution so far. The emails she showed of Diddy threatening to release the FO tapes if he didn't get 20K proved coercion and extortion. Coercion would fall under sex trafficking and extortion would fall under the RICO act. Diddy's lawyer I believe also didn't cross examine her mother, evidence was too much.
