I find it comical that we are talking about a trial with a jury where each person has to come to their own conclusion independently and hopefully all 12 can unanimously but god forbid someone sees something different. That’s why they have hung juries. Why have a jury then? Send Puff to the wall for the firing squad. Dudes are legit upset because I see a case differently thus being juror.

So is there actual evidence to this other shyt or are they just statements from supposed witnesses from shyt 15 years ago?

If “Uber” wasn’t a thing, tf does all this Cassie shyt mean? She stayed and went back multiple times even after Uber was a thing.

Not caping for her because she definitely deserves some fault in this but fam, the cycle of abuse can break a person mentally. If you read any info about abuse victims it takes several attempts and sometimes years to break away from it. I studied psychology as a minor in college and it blew my mind how many times people willingly returned to their abusers and how hard it is for people to leave even though the way out was right in front of them. Add to that, a nikka like Puff and she probably convinced herself she was in the best place for her. It's not like he can't deny abusing her, we saw her kick the shyt out of her on video and she still went back after that. So I do believe she was broken, and still is even though she's not faultless.

Bruh I’m done hearing about this chick

No shyt it can break a person but that is why you leave and stay left if you think shyt is that extreme.

Chick is literally a co-defendant. Idgaf about Cassies CHOICES, I’m trying to hear the other shyt.

I get it, just adding perspective to the part Diddy is complicit in. She's definitely not innocent but she's also a victim, both things can be true.

Even though people can see examples in real life they still want to deny that fact if it is against their desired conclusion. You got people that want young women because they can mold them but deny the effects of that molding when it comes back at them in a negative way. I think there was even a thread about that here

Evidence to what? Bro what are u talking about? It’s just witness testimony and eyewitness accounts

Are you gonna see evidence through the computer screen?

The jurors are the ones who see the evidence

ChatGPT said the type of settlement she got is taxed. And Vlad, who knows people close to the situation, said months ago that she got $3-5M.

Per ChatGPT:

Assuming the entire $20 million settlement Cassie Ventura received from Sean "Diddy" Combs is taxable and that her attorneys worked on a contingency fee basis, here's an estimated breakdown of her net proceeds:

💼 Attorney's Fees

In California, personal injury attorneys typically charge contingency fees ranging from 33% to 40% of the settlement amount, depending on the complexity of the case and whether it proceeds to trial. (Arash Law)

  • Estimated Attorney's Fee (at 40%): $8,000,000

💰 Amount Remaining After Attorney's Fees

  • Settlement Amount: $20,000,000
  • Less Attorney's Fees: $8,000,000
  • Remaining Amount: $12,000,000

🧾 Estimated Taxes

Federal Taxes: Assuming a federal tax rate of 37% for high-income earners:

  • Federal Tax: $12,000,000 × 37% = $4,440,000
California State Taxes: California's top marginal tax rate is 13.3% for high-income individuals. (IRS)

  • State Tax: $12,000,000 × 13.3% = $1,596,000

💸 Estimated Net Proceeds

  • Remaining Amount After Attorney's Fees: $12,000,000
  • Less Federal Tax: $4,440,000
  • Less State Tax: $1,596,000
  • Estimated Net Proceeds: $5,964,000

Note: These figures are estimations and actual amounts may vary based on specific tax deductions, credits, and the exact terms of the settlement and attorney agreements. It's advisable for individuals in similar situations to consult with a tax professional to understand their specific circumstances.

Wow.

So out of the 30 mill total, she might walk away with about 11 mill.
