They HAVE to prove the Sex trafficking and The Transportation in order to prove Rico.

All the other stuff is character stuff, trying to prove the the jury he’s a monster capability of these charges. But the two crimes they are set out to prove are Sex trafficking and Transportation specifically

They do not have to prove the sex trafficking and transportation to prove Rico. You need to do your research

He will likely be found guilty of transportation of hookers because if R Kelly was, Diddy would be because Diddy did it more often and we have pics of the actual hookers

But he doesn’t need to be found guilty of either that or the sex trafficking

Sure they are crimes that could fit under a Rico charge. As are Sex trafficking and transportation.

The charges they are setting out to prove are Sex trafficking and Transportation.

Think of the Arson, bribery, coercion, etc as tools he used to commit the overarching crimes he was charged with.

If they can’t prove sex trafficking then he wasn’t actually “bribing” or “coercing” anyone illegally. All those things have to be tied to an actual crime.

Remember a criminal trial can set precedent for a civil trial.

These witnesses may not be asking for money now. But showing up to this trial and being a “victim” can/will help a potential civil trial even if diddy is found innocent.

All of these people are nasty, self absorbed, opportunists.

It’s the only way they made it as far as they did with diddy.

They don’t deserve any sympathy.
