Public sentiment so far is leaning towards Diddy not being guilty. You have to convince 12 people that this is a legitimate charge and I am not seeing how they do this. This case will have a lot of varying viewpoints from a group of 12.

There are 8 men on the Jury. He just needs 1 to think this is some BS or think the rico is an over reach. One thing people are missing is that transcripts don't tell you how people come across to a jury. We don't know how believable or unbelievable the people on the stand sound when making these claims. And we cant trust the media to be impartial and report the truth about how the witnesses are doing cause they are biased against puff.
