Extortion refers to imposing an action or obtaining something by force or coercion . The crime of extortion does exclude legitimate negotiation methods.
This isn't about what happening now, this is about the time period of the crimes that took place during the 2009-2018. She said that she wanted to stop and not to release the tapes and he told her he would share them if she did follow through on the freakoffs.
That by definition is extortion.
So Diddy was only extorting her with the tapes… that were never released btw or even known about, just to continue to getting pissed on which she asked the prostitutes to do…

The burden is on the government to prove assistants were transporting drugs across state lines. So far nothing constitutes RICO. There was discovery so by law, the defense has seen every piece of evidence they have. If there was a true smoking gun that’s indefensible then his defense would have negotiated a deal or some would have walked away it was a definite loser. These are not attorneys hard up on money.
The government’s angle is to play up on the jury’s emotions. If it was a slam dunk for the prosecutors, they would have open with the definition of sex trafficking and RICO and asked her blatantly do she believe wholeheartedly she was sex trafficked.
She was gullible, abused and exploited and went along to stay in his good graces. By her own admission Diddy presented her with multiple opportunities to walk away and she stayed because he would do it with someone else. Yes, he threatened her with the tapes but Diddy could argue he never had any intent on releasing them.
She lucky I am not on that cross because I would destroy her ass. More so to sh*t on the government for making a BS charge and wasting everyone’s time and embarrassed this girl. Literally, the government just did what they’re accusing Diddy of.
