Nor was he on trial for the beating. Turns out Diddy could've been in jail after that beating but Cassie went back to him/

I get it though I guess you never got charged wrongly for anything so even if a thing wasn't proven you assume that the person must be guilty i.e. Guilty even if proven innocent.
