Didn't think going into the season I would be making a thread like this, this early. I was hoping NFC championship game at the least but I digress............
For me, I never thought gruden was the right hire because daulton has been shiit in the playoffs but he was marketed as some QB guru that would take RGIII's game to the next level but it didn't happen. I remember so many fans thought going into the season we had 2 starting QB's on the roster & turns out at times it looked like we didn't have any.
With all that being said, I belive synder is not ready to give up on griffin & neither am I. I think another year in the system would be good for him, we have all of our draft picks this year so hopefully we can improve.
I think the most immediate need(s) are on the offensive line, I like ogbeuchi from A&M & the tackle from iowa. We have to sure up the line first & focus on the secondary. I think we have some talent on the defense but the stupid schemes that hasslett plays puts us in bad positions.
Also where was alfred morris this year, gruden would be happy with 60 passes & 5 runs. We have to get back to the staple of the running game next year & quit simply RGIII HAS to take the leap to the next level next year which means better decisons in the pocket & working on footwork.
So as I see it: offensive line first, new free saftey & better defensive lineman
