The league is willing to give the non birthing partner a week off but the union wants multiple weeks off. The players want the NBA has in revenue sharing, and more money but they want to keep the perks that they already have (free housing).

If the salaries go from 200k to 1.2 million I don't think teams need to supply free housing. What they should do is pay for housing for rookies and newly signed or traded for players. Vets shouldn't require free housing.
