Before the draft, Malonga was projected to be the second pick after Bueckers. So Seattle drafted her exactly where she was projected.

Big stink on social media how nearly all of the WNBA draft picks are getting cut and released. They might need to do away with draft until they get more teams. At least get rid of the 2nd round.
