Offset of Migos was arrested for a suspended driver's license earlier today in Atlanta...though it's clear this charge won't be as serious as the last, as last year, he served a nearly 8-month sentence for drugs and weapons possession and was released at the beginning of December. He was pulled over outside of a sushi restaurant in Atlanta today, reports TMZ, and the cops soon discovered he was driving with a suspended license.

Migos' Offset Was Arrested by Mistake: Report

Offset of Migos' arrest on Thursday was reportedly a mistake.

The rapper was arrested over a suspended license on Thursday. But TMZ reports that according to a Atlanta Municipal Court clerk he had already paid settled that $316 ticket in December. That month he was released from jail after 8 months for drugs and weapons charges.

Offset spent Thursday night in jail and posted $1,900 bond Friday morning. That money should be returned and his lawyer told TMZ Offset's ticket for driving with tinted windows was tossed out.

Billboard has reached out to Migos' rep for comment.
