:dahell:Botched back surgeries? I am 99.999999999% sure it has more to do with him rushing back to lifting every chance he got. Man wrecked himself and should have been taking it easy for years. He was getting it in whenever possible. I am also sure he wants no one to feel bad for him cause he is all smiles and admits he fukked himself. Asked about his regrets and they almost always center around not getting extra reps on a lift. He lived how he wanted and now lives how he can.

I stopped squats because I felt fruity dropping it low and then picking it up slow. :dame:

Seriously though, you can develop strong legs and glutes without it.
I got a herniated disc years ago from heavy squats. You’re right, you don’t need them to get strong legs and glutes at all.

Herniated disc, 10 years, never fixed. Kept lifting :damn:

Having your knees by your head in a full rom incline leg press aint exactly comfortable either.

Theres not really a way to truly bring your quads and hammies up without being in a non Harlem position eventually.
