How is a public school able to afford/willing to pay for drug testing of their students? a lot of employers don't even drug test these days to save a buck unless you work in security or with children or some shyt like that.

Real shyt...got a local elementary and middle school that has major concerns with rats, mice, other pests, mold, air quality concerns, etc. I would think school systems need to worry more about shyt like this and education as a whole instead of drug testing. I can understand if there was a specific need for drug testing a student tho.
