Can you name a profession where it's considered okay to fukk your clients, especially if they are teenagers? If this was a male physical therapist or chiropractor or psychologist having sex with female college students who were his clients would it be deemed acceptable professional behavior?

Not a crime just not professionally acceptable. And the school could definitely get in trouble if it was determined that they were allowing it which is why they're trying to get ahead of it. If it was one of their employees they could be in a ton of trouble, she's not one of their employees so they're not in trouble so long as they quickly come out against it rather than being perceived as allowing it. Professionals aren't supposed to use their job as a way to get sex from clients.
