How often do judges give out consecutive sentences? Usually that shyt runs concurrent. That was a foul move by the judge. Still happy he won't have to do the whole time but another four years is still bullshyt for what happened. First conviction and he was pretty much supposed to serve the rest of his life in jail? Then every other person involved gets probation. They were getting him back for the murder charge he beat. I'm surprised the parole board even gave him that.

Seriously though, doing 9 years in jail as a first time offender, and when factoring in the circumstances surrounding the case, is some real f*ckery...


If I was dude I would try to sue the state or something when I got out.... They can go back in history of the state and see if there is any precedent for doing that much time, on a first offense in your entire life.... He can probably get some bread
