there was a lot of people involved not just one guy. there were at least 20 military contractors there, there photos were the first thing to come out about this boston hoax bombing. Also there were crisis and amputee actors there from FEMA's "H.S.E.E.P" drill program, there were dozens involved.

Any medical professional or medical expert can tell you....he would have died before they got to help him. There were no ambulances in the area, no medical professionals on site. Yet every big name race has EMT, EMS near areas of service.

breh I've seen traumas before and there is no way a tourniquet is stopping blood with an injury like that from pouring out. If you put a tourniquet on to start an IV...it can still leak plenty of blood. There should/would be a trail of blood all over the place from an injury like that.
