Take away max contracts and a lot of wastelands would look attractive to star players. KG didntvstay in Minny all those yrs just cuz he liked the scenery. He was one of the highest paid players in pro sports.
:whoa: Minneapolis is actually a nice city with shyt to do.

It just gets to fukking cold in the winter

Man we ain't got that kind of money...it always has amazed though that Atlanta and Houston aren't huge free agent destinations.

we have to draft our guys. same with the majority of the flyover states.

Nba players generally fly in their pieces, don't really need a mall, the club is In their home, and well it just doesn't matter...

Minneapolis/St. Paul is also a beautiful city with beautiful women but it won't be a free agent destination no time soon,

Until it becomes a major market and than leads agents to suggest players go there for sponsorships (big market = more eyes on the game = ppl susceptible to advertisements = $$$), it's still gonna be hard to convince ppl to come.

Let's not even get on the actual basketball aspect. Cleveland was managed horribly when Lebron was there ( No JJ Hickson for Amare) (Mo Williams ass :troll:'s #2).

Yep. That is the thing keepin lebron away. Not the city of Cleveland.
nikkas act like he left because ''Cleveland wasn't big enough'' or it ''was boring''.

He spent the first 25 years of his life in Ohio. If they couldn't realize it was about the lack of talent around him then they are fooling themselves. They should have been burning Dan Gilbert jerseys instead.

The thing that makes Cleveland look bad is also it's surrounding. Ain't no nearby major city's that attractive. Chicago is a half a day drive aight if u lucky. Ain't nobody want to go vist west bend, nap town, or Detroit. I don't even want to know what borders the south of Ohio or Cleveland.

The whole Midwest needs a face life and I lived in Midwest for years and one point. Cleveland ain't all bad. At least it has a sport in most of the major sports. Baltimore only has the O's and ravens. Then they have cedar point and a couple other amusement parks.

A start to making cleveland nice is to legalize weed. A lil mush makes any destination less foggy and more bearable :jawalrus:

All u bumfukk states need to legalize weed. Matter of fact if ur state population ain't poppin legalize that shyt. Ain't like u got Enuff folks there to worry about gettin hurt
