Ok, now that the NFL draft has been completed, come in here and state who you think will be a bust.

One or more of the two tight ends drafted in the first is bound to be a bust....theres always a TE that goes in the first, is touted to be the next big thing at TE... and is so mid in the league

Yeah you can’t call a 5th round QB a bust. It don’t make sense. That’s like calling Ewers a bust when that nikka went in the 7th round

but since this thread is about hot takes I’ll say Mason Graham shouldnt have went as high as he did.
He has the face of a bust :russ: NOTHING about this dude screams good NFL player

Don't see Omarion Hampton living up to the hype. Could be wrong
His highlight tape is super mid to me but he’ll be playing for Harbaugh who had Corum and Donovan Edwards looking like Bush and Lendale White

Loveland is blah to me. standard 40-500-4 type guy

Arroyo is the insane high ceiling guy, Warren seems more dynamic. he might not be a bust but just kind of standard for a 10th overall pick

i've been watching the draft for over 30 years, this was a curious one

-a position that was written off (RB) goes 6th
-2 top 20 picks with minimal production (Williams/Stewart)
-Browns with a sensible tradedown, BUT did they pass on 1 of the top prospects in recent memory?

the coverage was woeful. Sanders 24/7, Hunter's dad getting as much pub as his play, Ward getting largely ignored. that was terrible on ESPN;s part

IMO, his true value comes with starting on both sides of the ball. If his Coaches see him struggling just a little at either position, or simply don't value either of his skillsets, I think it will affect him mentally if they force him to be strictly a WR or CB.
He won't make it to a second contract playing both sides of the ball full-time in the league.

My Father in Heaven
Didnt see a thread for the QB class like last year but here’s my too early predictions

Cam Ward: they want to label him as a running QB but this is a traditional pocket passer through and through, some of the most beautiful mechanics you’ll ever see and has great poise and arm talent- even his bad throws look good which is always the mark of an elite quarterback, easy to see why he went #1- sky is the limit if the Titans don’t mess up.

Jaxson Dart: the name fits because he’s definitely throwin darts lol, great runner for a white guy and super super fast processor, might be a little too fast as his receivers aren’t ready for the ball sometimes- but he makes decisions quickly and confidently and they’re usually efficient- Giants might have 1 here, #2 behind Ward for sure.

Jalen Milroe: I spoke about him in his own thread he has already but yeah, not good and never has been- not a smart runner, not really a great passer either- he’ll forever be the guy that made Nick Saban give up on coaching unless he just has a 180 in the regular season.

Quien Ewers: this guy has no touch people blamed his poor pre season on the receivers but he just has no touch i know this because he had an awful fumble that shouldn’t have happened lb barely touched him and he just dropped it no hands lol- sucks because he’s relatively good everywhere else accurate poised decent arm but doesn’t matter when you don’t have that secret sauce on your throws someone needs to get him to watch some Tom Brady tape or a woman who will educate him if you catch him my drift- career journey man at best but he has the least amount of pressure of all the QBs so who knows maybe tua goes down and mcdaniel works some magic.

Dillon Gabriel: reminds me of Russell wilson honestly- just slower- slower release, slower foot speed, slower processing- if you want Russ from wish this is your guy, honestly id be a fan but he seems like he gets rattled easily- started off great against the eagles but then threw one pick and played like dirt the rest of the game,- also no deep ball, can’t be a premier QB in the league with no deep ball- first string NFL defenses will eat him alive- not the guy.

Shedeur Sanders: im sorry i just don’t see it, i know we love shedeur but he’s one of those QBs who can evade sacks but doesn’t really do anything after that- doesn’t throw the ball away, no real arm strength or talent, not really fast either- he’s not good, unfortunately. Everything he does looks telegraphed and that’s a recipe for disaster against NFL defenses, i found myself as viewer being able to predict where sheduer would throw and that’s a problem. Cleveland should try to salvage whatevers left of this Deshaun Watson situation
