To answer the question, it's gonna be Philly and SF. The game Sunday won't really tell us everything we need to know. It's a big game but Philly will still be in 1st place even if they lose and with the Seattle loss SF will still be up 2 games in the division even with a loss so the stakes are not as high as people want them to be. The goal is to make it out healthy for both teams.
