In what universe is Oklahoma the South? It's firmly in the Midwest . almost exactly the center of the country.



It wasn't even a state yet during the civil war because it was a Western territory with mostly natives.

Because it's the Bible belt. So whatever dumb shyt Oklahoma is doing now, the rest of the bottom of the barrel education ranking Southern states are sure to follow

The problem is that Trump's theory will end up on the standardized tests which are regulated at the state level.


I homeschooled for a single year during high school, and I recall that my father had to stick to a specific curriculum if if he wanted me to be eligible for standardized testing. In my own Southern state of Georgia, They wouldn't grant you're homeschooling as valid unless you took those standardized tests and passed. Georgia was light because you only had to take your CRCT during the final year, but you got states like North Carolina which mandate that you have to take state indoctrination testing every single year as a homeschool student




It's been a minute since I was in school, but I Wouldn't be surprised if the current state high school exit exams have passages about how how kind slave masters were or how Obama is Kenyan or how Trump is the true winner of the 2020 election.
