AND, should ahve been IMPEACHED for blatantly violating Congress's order to stay out of Central American rebellions against their authoritarian governments. Lots of people know Iran Contra, but a lot of people don't know the 3rd leg of teh triangle was providing cover for Central American drug dealers so they could sell coke/crack in the US to fund their counter-insurgency ops. Can't remember the name of the journalist who ended up dead for reporting that the CIA even smuggled some of the drugs into the US through Mena, Arkansas (when Clinton was governor).

EDIT: Gary Webb was the guy. Committed suicide back in 2004.
