I was just reminiscing the other day about The Beat during the 90s

I guess part of my nostalgia is due to it being my favorite radio station during the time I was most excited about hip-hop (I always preferred The Beat to Power 106)


I really liked some of the DJs (Julio G was one of my favorites, especially with the 9:00 Bomb and his interviews)


There were some interesting shows (I used to like listening to Street Science with Dominique DiPrima)

Power was trash out side of the baka boys and big boy especially towards the late 90's
