Bad contract with a pick (preferably tied to Randle)

Randle still has some trade value / interest from teams who could use a slashing forward and are in need of a scoring punch, and he's not guaranteed after next year. I think they have to move him not just for the sake of the team's development but also because now might be the best time to do so
