I think it's an easy fix. Just play RJ or Morris with the second unit when they are not scoring enough.

Taj being in foul trouble really hurt us. Randle doesn't play that stupid with a vet on the floor. Also how does Embid shoot more free-throws than our whole team?

The thing with Trier, he’s seen Kanter do the same thing with success last year and then earlier this year he did the same thing and got a starting spot after. Someone else in the thread said that RJ chucked a shot towards the end probably cause Randle and Morris starting looking dudes off. So they’re negatively reinforcing these dudes.
