On average, how many calories do you consume per day?

The experts say that people should consume between 1500-2500 calories per day (that includes beverages as well). It also depends on whether you're trying to gain weight or lose weight as well.

This is a judgment-free thread, so on average, how much do you consume per day?

Also, do you happen to consume alot more on the weekend? For example, you maintain a regular routine on the weekdays, but choose to have huge cheat days on the weekends?

*I know alot of people don't actually check, and just eat when they're hungry, but for those of you that do know, about how much is it?

Resting metabolic rate is over 2100/day. TDEE is over 3700/day for maintenance. :beli: :skip:

I try to hit at least 4K a day but don't limit myself. :feedme:

As of 2 weeks ago, 2400-2500. Cutting for summer and want to see what I look like 5lbs lighter.

You are one of those workout brehs, right? Throughout how many meals do you spread these calories?

That's type low. Unless you are trying to lose weight purposely, have some sort of illness (which would then make it acceptable), or something similar, it's not healthy to do it like this for too long.
