The experts say that people should consume between 1500-2500 calories per day (that includes beverages as well). It also depends on whether you're trying to gain weight or lose weight as well.
This is a judgment-free thread, so on average, how much do you consume per day?
Also, do you happen to consume alot more on the weekend? For example, you maintain a regular routine on the weekdays, but choose to have huge cheat days on the weekends?
*I know alot of people don't actually check, and just eat when they're hungry, but for those of you that do know, about how much is it?
