On Dinner Dates, Do You Sit Facing the Person, or That 90 Degree Angle shyt?

Im having dinner with this young lady, we start sitting facing each other then she moves closer to me sitting in one of the side chairs. Is there an etiquette on this shyt? I mean clearly I lost by going out on a dinner date to begin with but that's kind of beside the point.


I thought people only sat like that on tv shows for aesthetics.
