The controller is great. The off screen play is great. Graphics are great. Games are great.

It's cheaper than the other 2 which is appropriate.

But the name is just from every perspective

I know plenty of people that own a wii, but have no idea that a all new wii has been released. Nintendo needs to can this Nintendo directs and go for some more traditional marketing. Get it on late night tv, or the news or something.

All they had to do was keep it simple call it Wii 2 and it would of moved some units more than it currently has. But they had to make shyt difficult alteast by calling it Wii 2 most people know its a new console instead they decided to call it Wii U what the fukk is a U I bet most people that weren't hardcore gamers thought it was probably another Wii fit game for the Original Wii.

How so? The WII brand was damaged too many people bought into the hype only to look at it as a waste of money

The xbox brand has a lot of goodwill going for it.
