Yeah, if we could only twist federal civil rights laws protecting people from discrimination to actually discriminating against said groups! Just imagine!

I don't agree with her bill. I think this is a nuanced issue and she wants Title IX protections to classify on a biological level, which would be fundamentally discriminatory. I don't completely agree with trans women competing against cis women. I think transgender women who've undergone SRS and have had years of HRT should be able to compete. At that point, their testosterone levels would be at the physiologic range of competing cis women - at that point, it would obviate their advantages.

There's an issue there, not gonna pretend I know all the details you laid out but even besides hormones men are just bigger on average and many sports size is an advantage. It's not fair and saying so doesn't make you a bigot. Nice try tho.
